Membership is open to all individuals in basic or medical sciences who have exhibited an interest in and have contributed to the purposes of the Society.  Membership entitles you to attend our members-only Dinner Journal Clubs, and discounted / complimentary access to OBES conference (annual scientific meeting of the OMSSS). 

 

We welcome you to join the society :

• Regular Membership - open to registered medical practitioners. Your application must be supported by a proposer and seconder who shall be members of the Society.  Membership fee for this category is at S$200 per year, which is inclusive of fees to the International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders (IFSO).

• Associate Membership - open to allied health professionals.  Membership fees for this category is at S$20 per year (without IFSO membership) or S$30 per year (with IFSO membership).
